A unique development at the gateway to Liverpool City centre at the head of West Derby Rd

The trustees of the First Mosque have plans to develop the area around Brougham Terrace including leisure, residential and commercial opportunities.

The development would take on the buildings at 1-7 Brougham Terrace when the Council moves out of their offices there. That would be used as an extension to the mosque, and to improve visitor facilities, provide a gym and hammam, and a women and family centre. There would be residential accommodation above.

West of Brougham Terrace a block would contain an apart-hotel and commercial  space with basement parking.

Facing these, dn the north side of West Derby rd would be a block containing a medical centre, and beside it an arcade of shops (with an actual arcade!) and residential accommodation above.
